When you call the church office number above, the office manager will take your contact information and provide it to the grief coach. The grief coach will call you to introduce herself, ascertain a good time for your first session, talk over the process, and answer any initial questions you may have. Once a day and time for the first session is agreed upon, the grief coach will check with parish staff to be sure a space is available and get back to you to confirm the appointment or make another arrangement if necessary.

At the conclusion of your first session, you and the grief coach will choose a date and time for your next session. Sessions are scheduled two or three weeks apart. In certain situations, or for personal reasons, more (or less) time between sessions may be needed or warranted.
